On June 3, the chorus was thrilled to offer support and recognition to the volunteers of the Piedmont Medical Reserve Corps awards ceremony, including Nancy Allen, chorus member and Piedmont Medical Reserve volunteer.. The Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a national network of more than 300,000 volunteers, organized locally to improve the health and safety of their communities. Volunteers step up to keep their families, friends, and neighbors safe and healthy. The Piedmont Area MRC proudly serves the Amelia, Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway, and Prince Edward counties of Virginia.
