Join Greater Richmond Chorus on Saturday, October 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Maymont for World Singing Day Richmond! 

This is our third year hosting World Singing Day, and we’re excited to open up the celebration to the entire community. This free, family-friendly event is part of a global celebration where communities all around the world sing together on the same day. Everyone is welcome—kids, adults, seasoned singers, shower singers, and even lip-syncers. There are no rehearsals, no performances, and no special songs to learn. Instead, we’ll sing along to familiar hits from Taylor Swift to The Beatles—the kind of songs you already know and love.

It’s a joyful way to spend a Saturday morning with family and friends, right in the heart of Maymont. Kids can enjoy the nearby Maymont Farm before or after the sing-along, while everyone joins in the fun of making music together. World Singing Day Richmond, hosted by Greater Richmond Chorus, is all about connection, community, and celebrating the power of music to bring people together.
